My Rewards™ is now available in the Hardee's App. Stars can be earned on digital orders placed at participating U.S. locations.

Download the Hardee's app for iOS or Android and create an account. Or create an account at order.hardees.com.

Your account balance should update about 60 minutes after you receive your order but may take up to 24 hours.

You’ll have access to tasty Rewards as soon as you hit 150 Stars, with even more options available at 300 and 500. You can redeem your Stars any time you want by placing an order through the app or website, adding an eligible menu item to your cart, and then selecting the reward you want to redeem in your cart before you checkout.

Yes! Besides earning points on every digital order we’ll also hook you up with member-exclusive mobile offers and bonuses so you can save on your favorites, try out brand new items, and rack up those Stars quicker to get you to that next reward.

Yes! Open a reward or offer in the Hardee's app and select the "Redeem at Restaurant" button. Show the QR code to your cashier prior to paying for your order to redeem your reward or offer.

You may redeem one reward or one offer with each order you place through the app or website.

Stars expire 365 days after they are earned, so be sure to cash ‘em in!

If you are placing that delivery order through our app or website, yes! You will not earn Stars on orders placed through third party delivery providers, such as Uber Eats, Doordash or GrubHub.

If your receipt from your in-restaurant transaction has a barcode at the bottom, then yes! Enter the 13-digit code in the app within 72 hours of purchase.

If you’re unable to locate a barcode at the bottom of your receipt, then the location you visited is not participating in My Rewards. Sorry about that.
